I'm a singer and contemporary voice teacher passionate about educating students with a joyful, intuitive approach to music making. As a vocal cross-training (multiple styles) specialist, I've worked with hundreds of singers, songwriters, and actors and witnessed their confidence soar as they overcame performance anxiety and defeated limiting beliefs. Many have shared their hearts and voices both on and off stage, surpassing personal expectations after breaking down self-imposed barriers that were holding them back from reaching their true singing potential.

Each singer’s desires and goals inform my teaching approach, and a strong background  in performing arts pedagogy allows me to expertly adapt to the interests and experience level of vocalists. With a Bachelor of Music (honours distinction) in Vocal Performance and an ongoing Masters in Professional Practice (Voice Pedagogy) focusing on peak performance neurology, cross-training methodology, and performance anxiety intervention, my mission is to help singers achieve vocal freedom, confidence, and skill while honouring their true voices. I'm committed to ensuring that my students have access the best, most current education possible. Professional development has included courses in vocal pedagogy, performance coaching, advanced piano skills, and early childhood music through the Voice Study Centre, The Royal Conservatory of Music, and Shenandoah University's Contemporary Commercial Music Institute.
